> ℹ️ This article explains how to look up information on a client’s Bank product application from within CrossLink 1040.

 

**Follow the instruction below to successfully locate the status of a bank application:**

1. Click **Quick** on the toolbar.

2. On the **Query Return Status** window that opens, enter the desired **SSN **and press the **Search** button.

3. Click on the **Bank Application** tab to see the **Bank Status** for this return.
