**Follow the instructions below to successfully create a new Form 1120-F return:**

1. Follow the instructions for <span style="color: #1f73b7">**[Business - Starting a Tax Return](https://crosslinktax.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CSC/pages/1869292915)**</span>. When selecting the entity type, choose **1120**.
2. On the **Client Data Screen**, scroll down to the **Business Information** section. Select the checkbox next to **U.S. Income Tax Return of a Foreign Corporation (Form 1120-F)**.
