**Follow the instructions below to create a new Form 1120-H return successfully:**

1. Follow the instructions for <u><span style="color: #1f73b7">**[Business - Starting a Tax Return](https://kb.crosslinktax.com/hc/en-us/articles/6191292231959)**</span></u>. When selecting the entity type, choose **1120**.
2. On the **Client Data Screen**, scroll down to the **Business Information** section. Select **U.S. Income Tax Return for Homeowners Associations (Form 1120-H)**.
